VHGL First Statutory Meeting
As Per the Company's act of 1956, The first statutory meeting of the board of Directors of VHGL was held on 20th February 2006 and Mr. K.H. Wahabuddin was unanimously elected as chariman of VHGL.
VHGL Formed on 20th Feb 2006
All the promotors & Directors went to ROC, Ernakulam to sign the memorandum of Assocication and Articles of Association in the presence of Registrar of Companies as a final step of Incorpotation. Subsequently the certificate of Incorporation is issued on 20th Feb 2006.
Aurvedic & Architectural Consultants
Dr.Jayan MD(Ay)(Marma/Bone Specl) A dedicated Ayurvedic Specialist, has agreed to be as our Ayurvedic consultant for treatment center.
Apart From our own Architect Mr.Sudhir Mohandas, Mr.Shankar, The renowned Architect of M/s. Habitat, Thiruvananthapuram is currently working on a project report suitable for VHGL.
Mr.R.K Shashidaran M.sc(Agri) Appointed As Executive Manager
As Per the Decision taken by the executive commitee, Mr.R.K Shashidaran M.Sc(Agri), Retd Deputy Director of Dept.of.Agricultural Kerala State, An Agricultural Specialist and Research Fellow, has been appointed as Exectuive manager in varkala for implementing future projects.
